Yes — this is our most loved design. After you order, take a clear photo of the recipe card in good light and send it to us by email or WhatsApp (or describe it in the personalization box). We clean up and trace the handwriting so it keeps its original character, then email you a digital proof before anything is engraved.

Yes. Our engraved glass baking dishes are oven safe up to 280°C (536°F), microwave safe, freezer safe down to −30°C (−22°F) and dishwasher safe. Wash before first use. As with all glass bakeware, avoid moving the dish straight from the freezer into a hot oven.

No. The design is engraved into the glass surface at high temperatures — it is not a print, sticker or vinyl, so it cannot peel, scratch off or fade in the dishwasher. The engraving has a soft, frosted white look and reads best against food or a dark background.

Depending on the design, you can choose a mini bowl, round, square, or rectangular dish in small, medium or large, plus sets of 2 or 3 rectangular dishes. We also make engraved borosilicate glass saucepans with a glass lid (about 1450 ml pot + 650 ml lid, ≈71 oz in total). Exact options are shown on each product page.

Yes. We create portrait engravings from a clear photo (close face shots work best) and can engrave your child's artwork exactly as drawn — a favourite gift for grandparents. We also offer birth month flower and family name designs. Send your photo by email or WhatsApp after ordering.

Always. We email you a digital proof of your design first. Nothing is engraved until you approve it, and you can request changes to wording, layout or handwriting at the proof stage.

Production takes 2–5 business days after you approve your proof, and FedEx delivery to the US takes 2–5 business days (Europe 2–7). We recommend allowing about two weeks and ordering by early December. Exact holiday cut-off dates are shown in the banner at the top of our site.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. Your design proof and tracking updates are sent to your own email, so the surprise is safe.

Shipping is free on every order and fully tracked with FedEx. For US orders, duties and import taxes are paid by us — no surprise fees at delivery. For other countries, local duties or VAT may apply depending on your country's rules.

We work exclusively with premium acrylic — not the thin, brittle kind found in mass-market products. It holds its finish, doesn't yellow and photographs beautifully. We offer mirror finishes (gold, silver) and opaque finishes (white, black, frosted, clear). Letters are precision laser-cut and raised in 3D — no vinyl, stickers or decals, so nothing peels or fades.

Mirror finishes (gold and silver) are reflective and add glamour — ideal for ballrooms and candlelit venues. Opaque finishes (white, frosted, black, clear) look cleaner and more modern, and are easier to read in bright outdoor light. Unsure? Send us your venue photos and we'll recommend one.

Yes. Acrylic is waterproof, UV-stable and far more impact-resistant than glass. Outdoors we recommend opaque or frosted finishes, as mirror acrylic can glare in direct sunlight. If you love mirror, place it in shade or under a canopy.

The essentials are a welcome sign, a seating chart, table numbers, an order of the day and a bar menu. Popular extras include directional signs, a cake table sign, an unplugged ceremony sign and a guest book sign — all designed to work together as a set.

Always. We send a digital proof for every order showing your names, date, layout, font and spacing. We revise until you're happy and never start production without your approval.

Yes. Share your invitation or stationery and we'll match or closely complement the font and style. You can choose one of our designs and personalize it, or ask for a fully custom design built around your vision.

Garden and outdoor: frosted or clear acrylic against greenery or florals. Ballroom and formal: gold mirror (or silver mirror for white, grey and eucalyptus palettes). Modern and minimalist: clear or white acrylic with a clean font, or black acrylic with white lettering. Mixing finishes — mirror for the welcome sign and seating chart, opaque for table numbers — also works well.

A welcome line, both names and the date are all you need. Some couples add a short quote. If you'd like to hang it at home afterwards, names and date alone keep it timeless. Leave breathing room — less text reads better.

Order at least 3–4 weeks before the wedding to allow for the proof, revisions, production and shipping without stress. Seating charts are often ordered about 3 weeks out once the guest list is final. For urgent orders, message us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and alcohol-based cleaners. Many couples keep their welcome sign as home décor after the wedding.

For most weddings 18×24 in (45×60 cm) is the sweet spot. For grand entrances, large outdoor ceremonies or high ceilings, choose 24×36 in (60×90 cm). Send us a photo of your entrance and we'll recommend a size.

Up to 75 guests: 18×24 in. 75–150 guests: 24×36 in. Over 150 guests: one oversized board with a condensed layout, or two 18×24 boards side by side. Legibility matters most — guests should find their name quickly.

For round tables with a centrepiece, 4×6 in (10×15 cm) works well. For long banquet tables, 5×7 in (13×18 cm) is easier to see. With tall florals, place numbers where they aren't hidden.

Yes. Message us with your size before ordering and we'll confirm feasibility and price. Custom sizes usually don't affect production time.

Production takes 2–5 business days after you approve your design proof (weekends and public holidays excluded). Every piece is made by hand in our own studios — we don't outsource production.

We ship worldwide with FedEx, free and fully tracked. Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States 2–5 business days, Europe 2–7 business days, other countries 2–8 business days. Delivery times can vary with customs and carrier operations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number and link. You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email at any time. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp.

United States: duties and import taxes are paid by us — no extra fees on delivery. Other countries: any customs duties, VAT or local import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Changes and cancellations are possible until production begins. During the proof stage, changes to wording, layout, size or finish are always welcome. Contact us right away at info@nouarchstudio.com or on WhatsApp.

Because every item is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. This is consistent with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible non-personalized items. If a return is approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Contact us at info@nouarchstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take a few extra days to post the amount. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received it, contact us.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we'll investigate with FedEx on your behalf. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as address changes may not be possible once processing begins.
