Shipping & Notes
Finally, production takes 1-5 business days, and delivery usually takes 2-5 business days with free FedEx express shipping. Additionally, shipping insurance is included, and we resend lost shipments. However, once production begins, cancellation and design/address changes are not possible.

Every piece is made to order and personalized, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
