How personalization works
On each product page you can type your text and upload a JPEG or PDF of the photo, handwriting or artwork. Every field is optional, so you can also send the file later by email or WhatsApp. We email a design proof before production.
Christmas order deadlines
Every piece is made to order in our workshop in İzmir, Turkey. During the holidays production takes 1–3 business days, and FedEx delivers in 1–3 business days after that. To have your gift before Christmas, order by December 15 for the US and by December 10 for other countries. Shipping is free worldwide and US duties are already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay at the door.
